Tactics
So with a game in some clearer ideas of what to do.

Shooting I am focussing on just the Ballista's rather than the Castigators. While the Castigators could be useful in some scenarios, the Ballista for only 20 points extra is likely to trump them game in game out.

Prosecutors, with just one unit of them, they will be held in reserve to arrive with a -1 to hit bonus, and that 3D6" charge to threaten something of my opponents.

Celestant prime - he is also going to be in reserve as I need to use him to get his +2 attacks, then bring him in to support the rest of my army, more likely than not he is the hammer to the anvil that the Sequitors should be.

Lord Arcanum - there to try and keep the Prime alive when it comes down to it, to buff other units and generally be a nuisance.

Heraldor - additional mortal wounds can't be complained about!

Everblaze Comet - better use aimed for this time, I want to use this to threaten his casters and reduce their effectiveness, while also inflicting mortal wounds and funnelling his models.

Will it work? No idea, but it will be interesting to see how it performs!
